If you are a fan of Ace of Cakes or the Food Network Cake Challenge and have wanted to know how it's done, you won't want to miss this class. In this hands on class you will decorate your own fondant cake. Each participant will be provided with a fondant covered cake that serves 8. You'll learn how to make bows, roses, shapes and other decorations. Learn how to make fondant, how to cover a cake, and other professional tips and techniques to create imaginative and unique cakes. You'll also learn how to create beautifully decorated cupcakes. Light snacks will be served and don't forget to BYOB. It's the perfect girls night out, so bring your friends!
Please bring the following supplies:
- Scissors
- Small sharp knife
- Small spatula
